Return Information
We accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only with receipt only. We do not give cash or credit refunds. We will issue a store credit (good for one year) up to fourteen days after your purchase. All sale items are final sales with no returns offered.
All holiday gift purchases must be exchanged 14 days after Christmas.
In-store Sales & Promotions
Does not apply to previous or future purchases. In-stock items only at time sale or promotion is announced. Not valid on special orders or holds.
Special Orders
EB would be happy to special order limited selections from our wonderful assortment with full payment at the time of order. Special orders are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability by the designer. Special orders cannot be made on core items with scheduled ship dates. All special order items are not returnable.
Custom Alterations
You can schedule an appointment for a fitting with EB tailor on Saturday’s at 10am for all alterations of EB merchandise. Saturday availability is at discretion of the tailor. Appointments must be made with EB. All denim can be fitted and original hems can be kept!

EB accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Gift certificates are also accepted.
Gift Certificates
EB offers gift certificates for any amount for any occasion. If you are not able to visit our boutique to purchase a gift certificate, please call us (845) 471-2817 or email us at info@elizabethboutique.com and we can mail you the gift certificate. Please allow 24hrs for email responses.
Gift Wrapping
Complimentary Gift bags & boxes are available with our logo on it for gifts only. Please do not request specialty items if they are not needed to help our efforts in being eco-friendly.
EB Rewards
*Note: Lilla P & Denim/Accessory Cards will not be given out after 1/1/2012. All customers currently holding cards can have them punched until they get their 50% off item.
EB Customer: Starts 2/1/2012
EB Customers will earn $15 for every $500 spent in-store. All customers will have 60 days to use reward. This reward card is only to be used by the named customer on card. This cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or used on sale items.
Teacher Tuesday: Starts 3/1/2012 Teachers receive 10% off the 1st Tuesday of every month. This cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or used on sale items. Items will not be held for later purchase. Badges must be displayed upon checkout. Only includes in-stock items only.
Salon Sunday: Starts 3/1/2012 Salon owners & workers will receive 10% off the 1st Sunday of every month. This cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or used on sale items. Business Cards must be shown upon checkout. Items will not be held for purchase later purchase. Only includes in-stock items only.
First Denim Purchase & Consultation: 20% off 1st pair of regularly priced denim at EB & cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount. Consultation with EB stylist is required & recommended. Only includes in-stock items only.
Terms: EB has the right to cancel this program at any time without notice. EB has the right to bar any promotion abusers on a case by case basis from receiving future promotions. All of these promotions above cannot be combined with any other offer.
